    Disappointed as bought Kipling bag and the wrong bag was delivered. Secure packaging though. Kipling bag of the same colour but wrong bag. Unable to repurchase bag as was swapped. Return and Refund was organised through communication. Disappointed customer - wrong bag and had to repackage and send back which was inconvenient. Such a shame as purchased for my mother, who was disappointed having chosen the bag, and did not like or want the bag which was sent. Wish it was a better review.
