Good idea.
Would have been a great idea if it lasted but it doesn’t. I put it on as instructed and left overnight to ensure it dried completely. It stopped ring from causing irritation whilst it was on but the coating just came off after a day. Have tried many times with this but it only ever lasts a day. I keep using it as when it is on it does prevent the allergy but have to reapply every night which is annoying.Would have been a great idea if it lasted but it doesn’t. Just expensive nail varnish
The shield is extremely smelly and gave me a headache after using on a few gold rings. It flaked off after drying and when I wore the rings for an hour I noticed I had an sore itchy rash around my fingers which swelled. This didn’t work for me.

Fantastic Product
This is a great product if you have sensitivity to different metals, or if you sell your jewellery. This size bottle lasts & lasts. Apply a few coats to the area you want to protect. Leave time to dry in between coats. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this product.
