Wrong size sent message to seller but hasn’t even acknowledged it
Packaging was plain no sizing and no size on the girth itself
Already tried on the horse before realised it was the wrong size they sent 44 not 42 as ordered
Very disappointed I understand it could be an error or they may not accept a return as tried on but to not even apologise or acknowledge the communication is disappointing
You try to support small businesses but reluctant to use them as little or no customer service
