In a panic to get a new inexpensive mixer. Read many reviews for a range of products The cheaper end of the market reviews all said the same. Flimsy, whisks bent, two many speeds with not enough difference between them. In desperation purchased this. Though recondition felt the brand gave it some starter points ! Well all I can say us its fab ! Sturdy, solid little machine that does everything I need it to. The slight draw back is that the slowest speed may be too fast for a professional. Why I struggled so long with my old tired hand mixer I don't know. When I could have been using this one. It is so powerful even on the first setting, compared to my old one ! The unit is neat & compact, easy to clean & store. I truly recommend this hand mixer.
