Being human sucks, because we make mistakes... But here is what he's not telling you. I asked him what he wanted... to return the 6 pack or a discount for the error..... NO he wented a full refund for the entire sale and keep the items.... That is not going to happen sorry. When I make mistakes I try my best to negotiate a resolution.
