This as it turns out is why it was returned but this is not the fault of the company on looking inside I found the PSU had been incorrectly set to 115v and had blown the two main caps in the PSU. Lucky for me, my OLD Ender 5 had a donor PSU and also Box UK has them for sale at a reasonable price. This type of Buy is only for the Tech trained or tech minded. Beware these are returned for a reason I was lucky I had parts.

The next day, the printer arrived, still in its original box in great condition. I built the printer and did some diagnostic la and found a pair of capacitors and a fuse had blow so I fixed it up and got it working perfectly.
