OK I Got the Printer very Quickly, once assembled found no Power. This as it turns out is why it was returned but this is not the fault of the company on looking inside I found the PSU had been incorrectly set to 115v and had blown the two main caps in the PSU. Lucky for me, my OLD Ender 5 had a donor PSU and also Box UK has them for sale at a reasonable price. This type of Buy is only for the Tech trained or tech minded. Beware these are returned for a reason I was lucky I had parts.

I ordered an Ender 3 but the sellers contacted me saying there’s a large delay so they upgraded me to a v2 neo at now extra cost. The next day, the printer arrived, still in its original box in great condition. I built the printer and did some diagnostic la and found a pair of capacitors and a fuse had blow so I fixed it up and got it working perfectly.

Amazon return, looks in good order, apart from small amount of damage to the glass bed, turned it over for easy fix, its missing the power cord, but still pleased with my perchase. I think I've got lucky, as some other reviews don't seem so happy. Unrepaired items are exactly what they are, so don't get upset if you have to put in extra parts to make it right. People spend plenty on upgrades, and modifications. Lots of videos on YouTube to help you with your problems. Good shipping time.

Very happy with the purchase, postage was ridiculously quick taking only 2 days from Order to delivery. The printer wasn’t in the best condition and could have been packed a little better. But that’s a minor complaint, especially as the fault as per the description was easily fixed. I can’t say that they will all be like this but if I needed another I would definitely buy from this seller again.
