Also, it is alot faster and easier if two people assemble, expecially when it comes to the pulleys. Very sturdy and all works well. Very good value for money.

As a young single mum with two toddlers running around I was able to build it within 3-4 hours however the instruction wasn’t clear to me but with common sense and eyes it was achievable and quite simple.

This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
