Extremely helpful seller. I had ordered Parker ballpoint pens (with as I thought black ink) but when they arrived they contained blue ink. I checked my order and realised that I had ordered the incorrect ones. Upon placing a new order I messaged the seller to confirm they would be black ink pens and explained what had happened. Immediately I was messaged with an offer to replace all the refills with black ink. I just had to send the blue ones back. The seller exceeded their obligations. Thanks.
