Asked the seller some advices before purchasing to be sure the key will fit in my keyboard, as they said in the description. But it doesn’t fit at all. Send a message to the seller about that but never replied. Don’t wanna throw third the price of the key to send it back, so it’s a waste of time and money because the seller didn’t look properly my message. I Don’t recommend at all if your not 100% sure about what you buy, don’t expect any good advice.

You messaged us stating you had an X1 Carbon 6th Gen and needed the delete key. We advised you that yes, these are keys for that model and sent the key you asked for. How is that a bad service or advice? You have sent no other messages, there has been no message to ignore. The key thing was these guys' communication. I was only buying a £7 replacement key for a 7 year old laptop. Nevertheless, clear and helpful when I bought the wrong part, and took the extra trouble to express the correct part to me. They are just replacement bits.
