I ordered a gold HP trackpad and instead received a black Dell Trackpad. Value would've been okay if the product was correct. Packaging was adequate. Seller was not very responsive, would not buy from again..Reply from: minttech-uk2- Feedback replied to by seller minttech-uk2.- Feedback replied to by seller minttech-uk2.We're not entirely sure what the buyer meant by a fraudulent stamp, as we only use either older, pictured stamps (purchased from post offices years ago) or barcoded stamps provided by Royal Mail through their stamps swap program. We sincerely apologize for sending the wrong item - this was due to a mistake in our stock registration records. As soon as the buyer reported the issue, we issued a full refund immediately.
