And because it is worn directly on the shoulder it can be discreetly hidden (underneath a T-shirt, for example)...No one will know. It also provides a moderate, warming heat, as well as the compression, to ease upper arm/shoulder ache. So far, so good. I just hope that the velcro fastening around the chest doesn't wear out too quickly. 👍😁

Although they’re not shown with a case in the listing, I somehow expected them to be in some sort of container not just loose in the box. And it took 7 days from item being dispatched to appearing as received by courier: when I enquired about the delay I got a fob off, had to insist on a proper reply which was all about their “anger” with the courier.
