For returns items must be well packaged and "untampered" in the same packaging and condition as when delivered within 30 days of purchase date.

All returns must be shipped using a courier providing tracking number to ensure their arrival.

Works fine with my projector but is white not black, contrary to the pictures
Product works fine but it is a white controller not black, would have preferred to know this up front as the white is uglier..

A fine product.
Good clear controls...although a UK-only keyboard instead of a combination with Chinese symbols, would have been preferable. As it clearly states in the advertisement, this does not alter the performance in any way! A good product, which arrived promptly and in good condition.
