Item was as described, and looked even better in person. Responsive, friendly sellers but tough negotiators. Nonetheless price was fair for hard to find vintage silver item. Free shipping and incredibly fast. Items were well-packed with care. They have a sophisticated, nuanced collection of beautiful antique silver items, especially tea service related. They do not re-polish the silver as some larger companies do, but this item didn't need it! I'm thrilled.
