Bought 2 glass mugs off these 1 had a hole in it which we discovered while washing them to use them 15 mins after delivery sent pics and got a reply off SADET the following morning offering me 10% off as the mug had a hole in it 24 hours later SADET replied saying she was going to escalate it to the relevant department she did 24 hours later i was offered £2.50 and keep the mug by SADET who is now the escalate team I refused £2.50 off a mug that cost £5 SADET works all departments ebay refunded
