    Would not recommend

    This is for 'beginners' so I found it too slow for me. It just never got faster or better. The work out music really put me off so I just put it on 'mute' I like fast drumming island beats but this one was just 'weird' to listen to for a hula workout. And honestly, all the camera man did was just do a lot of close up of the girls bellys and thighs....repeatedly. This is suppose to be a hula workout? Yeah, right. More like a slow seductive hypnotic dance to entertain you but not train you.
