Great for your mental health
This Book/journal is fantastic. Goldie Hawn has hit a winner with me. If you love her mindful books and wonder how she stays so positive give this journal a go. she guides you through it and helps practice relaxing your mind. as a mother of 4 a mom to 2 dogs a cat and 2 bunnies also i never managed to journal or relax or meditate. Just a constant wound up feeling of tension. This little thing works wonders.This Book/journal is fantastic. Goldie Hawn has hit a winner with me.
