    These earphones were advertised as brand new and arrived in perfectly sealed, unwrapped condition. Great value and shipping took a couple of extra days than anticipated, but that could be USPS issue. We purchased these as a gift for our oldest grandson because youngest grandson has and loves them. Until he uses them, we can only assume they will be of similar excellent quality!

The shoes we bought from them got mixed up and lost in the mail by usps and they were so helpful with fathering info and helping me track them item as best they could.
