I contacted you earlier this morning, a piece arrived broken and l am surprised that there was not a lot more, when a customer pays $250 for pieces of two not one dinner set as advertised (Ridgeway and Royal Staffordshire) there is a reasonable expectation that each piece would be individually wrapped in bubble wrap, not tissue paper… there was some bubble wrap but not a whole lot. Very disappointing and obviously l am not happy, it would l suggest benefit you to actually describe fully items.
