    Fair to middling

    I dislike that this book has everything in black and white and that the square footage jumps all over the place from page to page. Silly me, I was looking for a view lot plan, not necessarily a steeper lot plan. Amazing how many planners don't have the main rooms taking advantage of a view. There is a great variety of plans in this book making it not to be a total loss.
