I confirmed that the product details are correct and you were shipped a 26" rim. Is it possible that you actually needed a 29" rim? Wheels are measured with tires installed so a 26" rim without tires will measure closer to 24" and a 29" rim measured without tires will measure closer to 26". I definitely want to help you get the wheel that you need regardless of the confusion so please reach out to us so that we can help!

However, the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to keep it. I opted to keep the item, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience. If i had known that ahead of time I would have either found a different seller or used a different address. My local USPS is horrible to deal with. That said product was a good price and was as advertised. They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.

I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax.
