Purchased dress at end of April, seller contacted me to say they couldn't send the item for personal reasons until June, which was too late for the even I was going to, asked the seller to cancel the order, they said they couldn't and could I mark the item as not arrived, I did so, then the seller didn't respond. Had to ask Ebay to step in to get my refund - Total unnecessary hassle from start to finish
