The problems was nothing to do with the company that was sending the item it was with the delivery service, the corner of the Xbox was smashed where drivers obviously through items around but the company I bought the item from have been great 👍

Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem. Excellent stuff!
