REGOLA SULLA RESTITUZIONE

A norma del D.lg. 22.5.1999, n.85, il consumatore ha diritto di recedere dall?acquisto effettuato, entro il termine di 30 giorni lavorativi dal giorno del loro ricevimento.

Il recesso dovrà essere manifestato mediante l?invio, nel predetto termine di giorni 30, di comunicazione a mezzo mail ad amministrazione@securion.it e via telefono al numero 3516994509.

Entro il suddetto termine di giorni 30 dovranno essere restituiti dall?acquirente al mittente-fornitore tutti i beni acquistati integri e nella loro confezione originaria completi di tutti gli accessori degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza.

Le spese di restituzione saranno a carico del CONSUMATORE stesso.

I prodotti potranno essere restituiti solo nel caso in cui non siano stati usati o provati. In nessun caso verranno accettati prodotti con manomissioni, con guasti, carenti degli accessori a corredo.
