My apologies. I was not aware that I was opening "a case" as I have never used that option before. I was attempting to ask questions about the piece as the signature was to the side and not in the middle as is customary with that artist. I did not change my mind only used the wrong buttons to communicate and hopefully clarify. Also, the delivery date kept appearing on my screen as this last Mon-Tues and I hadn't recalled the two weeks that you said it would take to complete. Peace
