Delivery was abit slow (yodel) , I charged the device when it arrived but had no clue when it ws done charging, as there's no instructions to explain about that part. I tested the device last night when I was going to sleep, it did help me feel relaxed and I fell asleep quickly (I have insomnia very badly), I had the pulse setting lower on this device.
