Item came broken. I contacted the seller for a new one. He stated he shipped one out on 2/5 via FedEx, then on 2/8 he stated he sent it via JP Post. No tracking # was given. Seller is not sure why it didn’t load. I’m doubtful a new pallet was sent out. I have been more than patient, as I purchased this on 1/17. Seller would take sometimes days to respond. Seller did provide a refund. If item arrives, I’ll contact eBay to remove feedback. I just felt like I was constantly getting the run around.

I shipped it and it arrives damaged. I reship it and it still doesn't arrive. Even after refunding, I receive negative feedback.
