Dass die Sendung lange still lag, ist wohl Folge der Zollformalitäten. Der Verkäufer hat prompt an das Versandzentrum geliefert, seine Kommunikation war auch schnell. Bei DHL funktionierte die Sendungsverfolgung nur für die USA. In Deutschland war lange unklar, ob es weitergeht. Eine Mitteilung von DHL-Deuschland zum Zwischenstand hätte beruhigt.

After 11 days I filed a complaint thru eBay and received a Refund. Around 15 days or more a FedEx tracking showed up on Order Details but I never received it.     great couch protection

    We really like this as we have a new leather couch. This is a great size option for our dog, we wish the side pads were a bit longer however.
