The remote control we received today not only wasn't the same as it was pictured on the instruction page, but also didn't work at all after we installed batteries. In addition, the power cord was too short to use. Thirdly, the product seemed to fall apart any time soon because it wasn't solid and couldn't be moved from place to place safely.
We just contacted the seller regarding the remote control. If we couldn't receive a working remote control within a week, then refund should be requested.
