Any Goods you purchase from this listing are purchased from the seller whose Goods we are storing. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.
 
We do not accept liability for the condition or fitness for purpose of the Goods. We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept liability for economic or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of profit whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
 
Items sold by XS Items Ltd come with a Return To Base (RTB) Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
 
Unless otherwise stated New and New Other and Refurbished items come with a 12 month warranty.
 
Within 30 days of the original payment date we will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, if available. After 30 days we will offer a repair. If a repair is uneconomic a replacement will be offered, if available. Should neither of these options be available at time of return we will offer a refund. Please note after 6 months the return postage cost/liability will lie with the buyer and a reasonable reduction will be made to cover the use of the item. If a return is arranged by the seller and found to be no fault found and the buyer requests a refund, a deduction for the cost of the return will be made.
 
Ex-display, Used or items sold For Parts come with a 30 day warranty that the item is as described. Please note that some used Sage items will come with a 6 month warranty, but this will be specified in the listing.
 
Any warranty provided does not cover items that are returned and found to be not faulty, nor does it cover: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid or other external cause; (d) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone without the written permission of XS Items; (e) a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of XS Items;
 
If any of the above is discovered when the item is returned, then the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you. Additionally, please note that some of our refurbished/used units may have some non-original parts and we will not accept returns for this reason.
 
Serial/IMEI numbers of any item returned to us will be checked against the original item sent to you. If the serial/IMEI numbers do not correspond the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you.
 
Please note if an item is sold as brand new and sealed, but returned unsealed for a refund, then a 10% deduction will be made on the refund in line with eBay's return policy.
We recommend that the original packaging is kept for every order until the warranty period is concluded. If an item is returned without its original packaging and the item has been damaged in transit on the return due to insufficient packaging, a suitable deduction for the damage will be applied to the refund or the return claim will be void and the item returned to the customer.
 
 
Any warranty provided is non-transferable and does not apply to businesses.

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 or 48 hour couriers. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours of the item being shipped, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK. For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.

    Good buy.

    Bought to remove spillage stains from around the bed head, my partner has Parkinson’s disease and shaky hands. It easily washed away any trace of coffee and juice. I’ve also used it on my dogs bed and around doorways with excellent results. It’s compact and neat, not too heavy, and easy to fill and empty, it came with 2 heads so versatile. It’s much easier than dragging my upright Bissell out of the cupboard. In all it was good buy.

    Watch Your Expectations

    I bought to assist with old carpets that I inherited on a move that were stained. I think my expectations were too high but the reviews didn't help. There can be no doubt that a lot of dirt was lifted and carpets must be cleaner but stains still remain albeit maybe slightly lighter. The hose could be longer putting it away is not quick and not easy to move around. I am not saying I am against the product and have yet to use for a spill but guess it will be good and this is really what it will be good for.

    BISSELL SPOT CLEAN PRO

    I haven't used the machine yet but the delivery was next day usually they tell you next day and the item comes the day after. Very well designed and I have a full extraction machine but it's a nightmare to clean stairs with and to clean the carpets in the car it's OK if you know what your doing but this machine will allow me to keep my house carpets and car upholstery and carpets spotless without having to by 5 ltrs of fluid a 500ml of concentrate will sirfice.

    Bissell spot pro cleaner

    After doing a bit of research on this model I decided to purchase it and am glad I did, have just cleaned my 20 year old sofa/couch and the dirt that came out was amazing, this cleaner may be compact but it did the job perfectly. Any negatives? Just two but pretty minor, 1, it is noisy, 2, the detergent tank empties reasonably fast but takes less than two minutes to refill, would I recommend this product? Yes, does exactly what it advertises, all in all really happy with it so far.

    Incredibly amazing at cleaning stains embedded within fabrics

    It really works! I opted for this model over the Pet Pro version because it comes with a larger head, most ideal for bigger stains and spills. The specs of this unit vs the Pet Pro is exactly the same (confirmed by Bissell UK) with the exception of the different attachments they come with. To maximise efficacy, I use a brush drill bit on my drill to better wash into the stain, then use the Spotclean Pro to suck up the gunk.
