    The Cure -Japanese Whispers

    If you're a fan of the Cure, then this is an often overlooked gem. Not quite sure why this album is so hard to find in the States(nope, not on iTunes). It sucks that a lot of peoples' impression of the Cure is only "Friday I'm In Love" or other newer pop singles.

    Brash's review

    Great CD of atmospheric 80's rock. From the haunting Lament to the classic Love Cats. There is not really a weak track on the album and the use of the double bass at times adds a nice change.
