Bei DHL funktionierte die Sendungsverfolgung nur für die USA. In Deutschland war lange unklar, ob es weitergeht. Eine Mitteilung von DHL-Deuschland zum Zwischenstand hätte beruhigt.

After 11 days I filed a complaint thru eBay and received a Refund. Around 15 days or more a FedEx tracking showed up on Order Details but I never received it.     Wonderful Hand Cream!

    For over 25 years now, this has been the only hand cream I ever use! It is wonderful on the skin, keeps the my hands soft even in the most severe winter weather, and smells amazing. There is nothing better than L'Occitane Shea Butter, and nothing less than this product will ever work for me.

    great cream for very dry hands

    i am a scrub tech who needs a healing cream i can carry in my scrub pocket to use in between my cases. the cream is helping my cracking dry fingers. scrubbing chemicals dry them out big time. the cream is fantastic!
