Wish I was told about the excess I would have to pay before ordered this rug because I wouldn’t have bothered ordering. Won’t be recommending to anybody. But governments can issue customs fees. For example, I warn customers from Balkan countries because I have experienced customs-related problems multiple times. But this has never happened with the UK before. I don't know how or why, but I know we are not responsible for this because we sent your package with UPS and entered the tax code. The customs fee was issued unjustly by YOUR COUNTRY with a 60% rate!
