    Strengthens the immune system

    Here in the UK we are nearly all deficient in Vitamin D, especially at the end of winter. Vitamin D helps the immune system work well. 10,000iu seems to be the dose required to increase Vitamin D to the recommended 40ng - 80ng per ml of blood. I can't tell you if it works yet, but I do feel better, and time will tell.
