Absolutely abysmal and extremely disappointing seller. Ordered fragrance from them on 2nd May, they were paid in full the day after yet the items I ordered still hadn't showed as being dispatched 7 days later!! I sent numerous messages to the seller over the next 3 days with no response . I eventually got eBay involved as thankfully I was covered by money back guarantee. Once I involved eBay I had to wait 3 business to give the seller a chance to respond to eBay. Today I received a full refund.

I had to open a case with eBay that the seller did not even bother replying to. Thankfully, eBay Customer Service gave me a full refund. Terrible, terrible service that completely wasted my time.
