The construction is all plastic whereas all my other SSD drives are metal which aids cooling, so I'm hoping this fact won't affect the longevity or reliability of the drive! Although it's plastic, it looks good and also has brass inserts for the mounting screws! It was easily formatted and fitted nicely into a standard external caddy. The capacity was exactly as described in the listing.

I used it in a Linux Mint box (cloned from an older 5400 RPM spinning disk), and after a couple of minor hiccups, all worked out well. I had reached out to the seller, who promptly replied with a list of instructions. In the end I did not need them, but I appreciated that they were willing to help. I'd buy again from these guys!
