This is a scam. I bought a battery that was advertised as 9ah, and the battery I received is obviously less than half of that (based on comparisons of size and runtime vs. my brand-name, legitimate batteries for the same tools). When I raised this issue with the seller, they refused my request to return it for a refund, and instead haggled with me, offering me $10, then $20, etc. Complete rip-off and scam. Avoid.
