    PLACKERS HAVE BEEN THE ANSWERE TO EXTREEM GRINDING PAIN FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS. THEY ARE DURABLE AND FLEXBLE. DENTAL GUARDS FROM THE DENTIST ARE TOO RIDGID AND VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY OFFER NOTHING ELSE EXCEPT REMOVAL OF TEETH-NOT A GOOD PLAN!
