The pet pens seem very good quality, well packaged and go together easily. The discounted price was excellent. HOWEVER, I dislike being told delivery is in 2 days, when the items were not even despatched for 2 days, and arrived 3 days thereafter. Furthermore, I DETEST YODEL, for several reasons of inconvenience, and misinformation, many of which were replicated here - and if I’d known, I’d have bought from B&Q instead and happily paid more. Yes, that’s how much I detest them!
