I admit, I was concerned that this would come from China and thus take a time to arrive - but no! it was about 3-4 days only. Very pleased with the quality of the sled, particularly at this price! I had one or two issues I needed to address, and this company was exemplary in it's immediate response times and overall attitude to customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived quickly and the item looks good as described. One small piece missing but seller very quickly refunded enough to cover the cost of the missing piece. Not got space to pitch the tent fully yet but it all looks good and in order (apart from the missing rain cap)

The item arrived quickly, earlier than expected and well packed. The stand is sturdy enough and screen is made of polyester fabric/cloth and though and had expected it to be a little bit better quality or have representative photos of what the assembled product looks like. For the price and rate use case, can’t complain too much so all in all, good eBay seller and thanks!
