Re: helps stop my constant sleepiness Before taking this My garbage, low energy, always sleep tired, body was constantly releasing the sleep hormone adenosine into me. My eyes were always sore, felt like gravel in them. For quicker absorption i place the tablets under my tongue. For me, this Ashwagandha has cleared the tiredness completely from my eyes. Wonderful to not have sore eyes. To not have to constantly close them, put cold water in them , wear sunglasses. --- Also Seems to neutralise the sleep causing adenosine . So I finally feel fully awake after two decades or more. Everyone's body is different. For me, The Ashwagandha has not given me extra energy, or lifted my mood. Ashwagandha for me, just gives me the normal , fully awake feeling i remember feeling before twenty ... Sorry but i'v been taking your Ashwaganda KSM-66 for a week and have seen no effect from taking your supplement none what so ever ? It states you should see results with-in a few days but again no changes so a pointless supplement ?
