John Denver, his heart, in his own words.

If you want to know John Denver on a more intimate level and see what is in his heart and see how he really was. This book is a true revelation in John's own words. As always John speakes from his heart and holds nothing back in this revealing autobiography of the truly great man, humanitarian, gifted singer songwriter, guitarist and environmentalists that truly cared about people, wildlife and could express himself in his music better than anyone else in my opinion. A great read.

  • A little sad but interesting

It is an interesting look into the life of one of my all time favorite singers. I was surprised to realize that John Denver was very human like the rest of us. I never knew many of the facts surrounding his life until I read the book, and in many ways, I feel sad for him.. I recommend the book to his fans.

  • well worth it.

Great book. Already finished it. Real insight into John Denver. Being famous not all so easy.

  • Very Good!

Gives you a glimpse into the man. I think he was quite honest and didn't gloss over some of the less favorable things that went on in his life. This is so much better than John Denver, Mother Nature's Son (don't waste your time reading that one).

  • Take Me Home

I loved the book as I’ve been a John Denver fan as long as I can remember.
