Unbelievable! After I asked where is my parcel as it should be delivered today I was told they sent me an email couple days ago about additional delivery charge. First of all I didn't receive any emails from them and all communication should be done strictly via eBay, second of all I don't see any note about delivery charge depending on distance in the listing. Now I'm waiting for cancelation instead of having new bed which I was desperate for actually. Jesus :(

All in all the dogs collar arrived super quick and carefully packaged. In all fairness the dogs collar was as described and sadly my collar didn’t work. Contacted the seller who replied the same day and offered me a replacement or refund. I did opt for the refund and they instantly refunded me.
