Unbelievable! After I asked where is my parcel as it should be delivered today I was told they sent me an email couple days ago about additional delivery charge. First of all I didn't receive any emails from them and all communication should be done strictly via eBay, second of all I don't see any note about delivery charge depending on distance in the listing. Now I'm waiting for cancelation instead of having new bed which I was desperate for actually. Jesus :(

All in all the dogs collar arrived super quick and carefully packaged. In all fairness the dogs collar was as described and sadly my collar didn’t work. Contacted the seller who replied the same day and offered me a replacement or refund. I did opt for the refund and they instantly refunded me. Customer service was 5 star and wouldn’t put me off from buying from them again. Thank you so much for making it all stress free.

This collar (1 of 3 different colours) arrived with a piece missing, I messaged the seller who swiftly despatched a replacement. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it to had the same issue. It seems the seller is having issues with the red collars as I have used both of the others and have had no issues. The seller issued a full refund for the red collar. The seller was very helpful and the items were swiftly despatched, I would happily use again.
