    It came broken! She did not refund or accept to send a new one and ignored me for a month and then was rude and accused me of breaking it in order to have a new one. It’s a shame as her product is good but very bad customer service

    But I asked you to return the item so you can be refunded but you claimed it already been trash! How can I believe you? You not supposed to throw away item without the seller permission since you needed a refund so next time don’t take a decision on things you don’t need just send it back to the seller instead of throwing it away and requesting for refund it doesn’t work that way because no one can believe you
