Cancelling orders

You may cancel your order by contacting us with your order number at no extra charge. When returning items, please package the items safely and wrap items before labelling. Product packaging must be undamaged in order for us to accept the item back for resale.

Faulty cistern flush
The toilet flush didnt work properly and had to be replaced which meant the plumber had to take the out as the front of the unit pulls of forward not upwards.
