    you can't go wrong.

    very well written, photos are awesome and has you salivating just by digesting each recipe. This has added a really great change to our diet. Unlike many other chefs books this one is really easy and focuses more on maximising the flavour of each ingredient and not is not pretentious and over complicated. couldn't recommend this enough, will be buying Geno's next book.

    Lovely Gino

    His receipts are gorgeous. The limoncello tiramisu is the best dessert ever and so simple to do. I brought this book for my 12 year old daughter she loves to cook. I would recommend this book.

    More recipes to inspire you to try Gino's mouth watering delights. Forget the Heston's and other new age "Let's re-invent the wheel" chefs with thir beetroot crisps and pureed baby food and get some real cooking on the table. If these recipes do not inspire you to get cooking the Gino way then you deserve to eat bland and boring food.
