I have now contacted the seller 3 times as my package has not arrived. It is now 10 days late. I reached out to the seller twice with no response. I had to request a refund via ebay as I eventually had to buy the product elsewhere as it was for Christmas. Ebay reaches out on my behalf for the refund and has given them till 3 Jan to respond. It has been a week with again no response. Horrible customer service. If something has gone wrong just own it and try and rectify it - don't ignore someone.
