Item arrived broken. Seller told me it was unfortunate and offered me a partial refund. He said I could fix it.Napkin holder was not packed properly. It was wrapped it paper with no stuffing and it moved if the box was shaken. As I do not want to fix it, I asked for a refund and have not gotten a response to that request. I believe that packing an item properly is the responsibility of the seller. Therefore, I am requesting a refund.
