This is a great game for playing with a group of people. Multiple players are on screen at the same time -friendly fire can be turned on or off. It's really easy to die, but doesn't matter since you seem to have infinite lives. It is way too violent for children (just look at the cover). The controls are easy to use, but its possible to walk off bridges or edges and die.
I was interested in the game because it was something out of the ordinary, it puts a violent touch to the childish fairytales we grew up with. Although the games graphics are average, the game is a pretty fun hack n slasher, BUT the story/sections are pretty long and some can be pretty annoying. Overall this game is Average for not doing anything over the top but also not doing anything horrible.
I got this as a present and frankly it was the worst gift I have gotten. The game, which had potential to at least be somewhat comedic and fun, is horrible. You get to pick which fairytale figter you wish to be (out of four) and after that the game takes you through various fairytale stories that were very edited to contain lots of violence and blood. There is absolutely no vareity in the fighting or enemies. The boss battles are little more than just getting the correct timing with some giant thing trying to smash you. There is multiplayer but it is very boring just like the rest of the game. I would not recommend buying this game or even taking it if you get it for free.
I love the game
